More people have summited Mt. Everest and stood on the North Pole than have transited the Northwest Passage. Only around 200 vessels have been through since Roald Amundsen completed the first transit in 1906. Today, the Northwest Passage remains one of the last remaining epic journeys in the world that many dream about but few have done.
